Yahoo and China: An Update

In our most recent published issue of Release 2.0 (a new one is coming in two weeks), we examine what happens when code makes law, and when code and law collide. Our interview with Lawrence Lessig dwells on what happens when particular companies and governments collude, in particular Yahoo and China. In today's "Digital Daily" on All Things D, the always trenchant John Paczkowski leads with "The Year of the Rat," an update on what Yahoo knew about the journalist it turned in to the Chinese govenment, when it knew it, and what the U.S. Congress might do about it now.

You can read Paczkowski's full report here.
