Paul Rademacher is the technical lead for the GE Plugin project. He first made a name for himself releasing HousingMaps, the first Google Maps Mashup. Yesterday as he was readying his talk for Google I/O he decided to update the site. It took him 3 lines of code. Check out the new 3D Housing Maps.

Either this is not three dimensional or has a terrible UI.

Yeah, I'm not quite sure how it is 3D, but I love his use of the maps API!

I've been playing with the Google Maps API and this is the best I've been able to come up with so far:
