Swik - wiki meets open source software download

Byron Sebastian wrote (in email):

You may remember last summer when I visited with you I mentioned that part of SourceLabs would involve launching a service that makes it easy for developers to find, discover, and learn about open source projects in a comprehensive, collaborative manner. We publicly launched that site today - http://www.swik.net. Swik brings together concepts from wikipedia, delicious, and blogs to provide a service that is both open and structured. I thought that you and/or others at O'Reilly might be interested in taking a look.
This is a different take on what we're doing at O'Reilly with CodeZoo. There's a lot to like about each of the services. But I have to say that I'm impressed with the wiki aspect of Swik. Nice! We'll have to think about whether to put some wikiness into CodeZoo...

You might want to check out "The Open Source Zone" (http://oszone.org/) also. It uses an approach very like Swik's one.
