Beth Freeman writes: "Foocamp continues to generate spinoffs...." Beth's right. The Foo Camp idea is a powerful one, and Bar Camp has really run with it, inspiring many second order derivatives as well, including the proposed flickrcamp. I'm glad. It's great whenever like-minded souls get together to learn from each other.

Thanks for mentioning our FlickrCamp. We have started a wiki for the conversation and planning: http://interwalk.com/wiki/index.php?FlickrCamp

Tim, thanks for bringing the world FooCamp, and especially thanks from those of us that have had the wonderful opportunity to participate and be inspired by it to openly immitate it with Barcamp and thus encourage further immitations, mutations, and specializations. And of course, thanks for your kind words and encouragement. Everyone that attends Barcamp knows that it started with FooCamp.
