The Future of Web Apps in SF

I was psyched to get an invitation to The Future of Web Apps, taking place next week in San Francisco. They have a great collection of people speaking, and I was really impressed with the sessions they held at the last version of this event.

One of the not-so-subtle purposes of Radar is to get people with great experiences to share what they learned with others. Tim's "Database War Stories" series from earlier in the year was a great example. This event has a lot of people from whom I've learned a lot, and I love that they're willing to speak about their experiences in a public forum. I'm looking forward to it.

yeah, that definitely looks like a cool conference. I just wish there was a way to make these conferences a bit more affordable. $295 is relatively cheap for a two day conference but in absolute terms it (no to mention the two vacation days) is still a fair sum.

This is my first time attending but I've followed many of the speakers for some time. This should be awesome.

The 295 price tag is well worth it, looking forward to it.
