The Scholarly Publishing Office of the University of Michigan Library, in partnership with the Institute for the Future of the Book, has published an interactive, publicly commentable edition of the the Ithaka report, “University Publishing In A Digital Age.” The report is presented in CommentPress, an open source theme for the WordPress blog engine that allows paragraph-by-paragraph commenting in the margins of a text, in development by the Institute for the Future of the Book.
