In the wake of a recent DDoS attack on open source software distributor VideoLAN, developer Ludovic Fauvet created a video visualization to show what the attack looked like.
As Ryan W. Neal notes in a post at International Business Times, Fauvet used website access log visualization tool Logstalgia to build his video visualization. For comparison, Neal offered up a Logstalgia visualization showing what normal server activity looks like:
